Large Front Bedroom

Large calm room with ample storage, desk, and bench. Very sunny.  An additional single bed is also available.

Excellent transport links via car, bus, bike, and train to Manchester and Stockport.

A nearby local park connects to Highfield Country Park and the Fallowfield Loop cycle network.

It’s a short walk to Heaton Moor or Levenshulme, where there are cafés, restaurants, shops, and a traditional cinema.

Guests may use all ground floor areas except the small lounge at the front of the house.

We have a young Podenco Maneto (as shown on Nat’s profile). His name is Manuel, and he is still learning how to be a great Airbnb pup.

He sometimes barks, but he’s very friendly and loves showing guests his favourite toy.

He is not allowed in guest bedrooms or on any beds.
