First floor single room at the front of a lovely Victorian house, close to great bars and restaurants, with easy access to Stockport and Manchester.

This is a 4/5 bedroom Victorian house with a large living room at the rear, featuring an extendable dining table. It leads into a conservatory and then out into a fully enclosed mature garden with trees, flowers, a garage, patio seating, and a covered area equipped with electrical points.
There is also a second living room at the front of the house, usually used as our private space but occasionally used as an additional bedroom.
There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor used for Airbnb guests. The double room on the second floor is our private space, where we stay with Manuel.
Facilities include:
- Small WC on the ground floor
- Main bathroom on the first floor
- Ensuite bathroom inside the second-floor room
A driveway is available at the front of the property, and free street parking is also an option.
The house has excellent transport links via car, bus, bike, and train to Manchester and Stockport.
A nearby local park provides access to Highfield Country Park and the Fallowfield Loop cycle network.
It’s a short walk to Heaton Moor or Levenshulme, where you’ll find cafés, restaurants, shops, and a traditional cinema.

We have a young Podenco Maneto (as shown on Nat’s profile). His name is Manuel and he is still learning how to be a great Airbnb pup.
He sometimes barks, but he’s very friendly and loves showing guests his favourite toy.
He is not allowed in guest bedrooms or on any beds.
