The room comes with a shared bathroom with new shower fitted, a shared living room with TV, a newly fitted kitchen with all amenities, and WIFI is available throughout the house.
Lovely 3 bedroomed property set in a quiet area, with parking available and shops nearby that include takeaways, a supermarket, and banks. Parking is available directly outside the property.
There is a lovely park situated at the rear of this house, and buses to the city centre run regularly. The kitchen as well as the living room, shower and all bedrooms have been recently refurbished, so are of a high standard.
The living room, kitchen, and bathroom are shared, but the double room will be your own personal space.
All fresh bedding is supplied, as is all cutlery, condiments, and if you have any questions, i will be available during your stay.
