Ground floor double room at the front of a lovely Victorian house which is close to great bars and restaurants, and has easy access to Stockport and Manchester.
We (Nat and Dani) live here with our pup (Manuel), a Podenco Maneto — he is little and very friendly 🙂
We Airbnb different rooms and have a communal lounge, dining area and enclosed garden, so you might see other guests during your stay 🙂
This room has its own desk/work space & storage.
This is a 4/5 bedroom Victorian house with a large living room at the rear of the house featuring an extendable dining table. It leads into a conservatory and then out to a fully enclosed mature garden with trees, flowers, a garage, patio area with outdoor seating, and a covered area with several electrical points.
There is also a second living room at the front of the house, usually used as our private space, but sometimes used as an additional bedroom.
There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor, which are used for Airbnb guests. There is 1 double room on the second floor where we stay with our pup, Manuel.
Facilities include:
- Small WC on the ground floor
- Main bathroom on the first floor
- Ensuite inside the room on the second floor
There is a driveway at the front of the house and free street parking available.
The house has great transport links by car, bus, bike & train to Manchester and Stockport.
A nearby park leads to Highfield Country Park and the Fallowfield Loop (cycle network).
It is a short walk into Heaton Moor or Levenshulme, where there are numerous cafés, restaurants, shops and a traditional cinema.

We have a young Podenco Maneto (as shown on Nat’s profile). His name is Manuel, and he is learning how to be a good Airbnb pup.
He sometimes barks, but is very friendly and gets excited to show guests his favourite toy.
He is not allowed in guest bedrooms and is not allowed on any beds.
