Large, ground floor room with a bay window, desk and hanging space. There is a WC and kitchen across the hall. 

This room is on the ground floor so sits apart from the rest of the bedrooms and is next to the main lounge, sunroom, kitchen car port / mini gym and WC. 

The house has great transport links by car, bus, bike & train to Manchester and Stockport.

A nearby park leads to Highfield Country Park and the Fallowfield Loop (cycle network).

It is a short walk into Heaton Moor or Levenshulme, where there are numerous cafés, restaurants, shops and a traditional cinema.

All ground floor areas are accessible to guests. 

We are a friendly couple who love to travel. We look forward to welcoming you into our home and hope that you enjoy your stay.

We often have other guests staying too, so you are welcome to interact as much or as little as you’d like :).

We ask guests to be considerate to others who may be working or sleeping, and to lock the front door if you are the last to leave.

We have a young Podenco Maneto. His name is Manuel, and he is learning how to be a good pup with guests.

He sometimes barks, but is very friendly and gets excited to show his favourite toy.

He is not allowed in guest bedrooms and cetainly not on any beds.
